Bloomberg: AT&T to announce Nokia Lumia 920 tomorrow at NYC event

It was only a matter of time before we got an inside scoop about AT&T’s plans, and thanks to Bloomberg that time is now. According to two sources “with knowledge of the plan”, AT&T is getting ready to host a low-key press event tomorrow in New York where they will be announcing their Fall smartphone lineup.

Yes eager fans, one of those phones is going to be a Nokia Lumia 920. We will likely be hearing about plans to market the device, possibly a release date, and who knows maybe even an AT&T-exclusive cyan model. Unfortunately that’s all we know at this point, but WPCentral has vouched for the report saying that they have also been invited to the hush-hush event tomorrow.

Hopefully we’ll be seeing other Windows Phones in attendance too, like the already-confirmed HTC Windows Phone 8X or maybe a Samsung device (the Ativ S, or something lower-end). We’ll have to wait and see.

[Thanks, anonymous!]
