About 30 minutes ago, pre-orders for Verizon’s new Windows Phone 8 lineup went live on the carrier’s website. Featured on the front page, Verizon actually has a dedicated pre-ordering website which is nice compared to the messy execution that AT&T users had to deal with a few days ago. Also, we have solid dates for when you can expect the devices to ship by: November 13th (for most variants).
Anyway, lets get to the phones. Starting with the HTC Windows Phone 8X, the phone retails for $199.99 with a two-year contract (or $549.99 without). You have three color choices: Blue, Red and Black. The Blue and Black models will ship on the 13th, but the elusive Red model won’t get out the door until the 21st.
Next up is the Nokia Lumia 822, which is up for grabs for $99.99 with a new two-year contract (or $449.99 without). Once again there’s a trio of colorful flavors to choose from: Black, Grey, and Red. Best of all, every color has the same ship date set for the 13th which is great news. In addition, it looks like the $50 mail-in-rebate does not apply for an online pre-order since it is listed as an instant rebate so it’s just $99 upfront.
